Online Classes

All classes are suitable for every level, with the option of private classes to give you individual attention.

Please Note: Always consult a medical practitioner before starting a fitness programme.  Not all exercises or activities are suitable for everyone. Fife Yoga Fit does not accept responsibility for any injury or accident incurred following its virtual class or as a result of any yoga /Nia programme.  If you feel discomfort or pain, stop. At all times take care of your body. Let your teacher know before a class if you have an injury, an ongoing condition or pregnancy.  

Basic equipment: mat, blanket and water. Additional kit includes: 2.5 m yoga belt, block & brick, bolster. Other home props: kitchen chair, bath/hand towel, scarf, bed pillows.

Please wear comfortable clothes avoiding belts around the naval.

Sign up for £20 each month to access three weeks of your favourite practice from online Nia and Yoga-ease classes.* That could be your one weekly class or as many as you manage to fit in! *Excludes Back Care Yoga.

Single class Trial - £8 Newcomers and returning students are welcome to take an Online Yoga and Nia group class.

Yoga-ease

Monday at 9am

Gentle class combines chair with mat based postures. Gentle paced for beginners and ideal for those with recovery needs or just a little stiff. Every body is healing something.

Nia

Tuesday at 6pm

This unique fitness class blends martial arts, dance and healing arts to joyfully lift your sprits to a higher level. Ideally practiced barefoot on a solid floor surface. A soft soled dance shoe may be worn for those with foot problems. Do bring some water.

Chair Nia

Thursday at 9am

Introducing a gentler seated version of Nia which tones your body leaving you energised, mentally clear and emotionally balanced. Chair Nia gets you fit to amazing music. Do use a sturdy Dining/ kitchen chair

Back Care Yoga

Based on healthy lower backs 12 week programme this foundation class is suitable for complete beginers or those living with chronic conditions. Limited group setting. Please reserve space with deposit. £40 per month.

You will require:

A sturdy kitchen/dining chair, yoga mat, bed size pillow, towel and a blanket for initial class.  Further requirements 2 yoga blocks, 1 brick, 1x 2.5m yoga belt.
